Rung for Women is a career accelerator program focused on building confidence, learning new skills, and ultimately climbing the economic opportunity ladder for women in the St. Louis region. We offer technical skills training in four skills training pathways, career coaching, financial literacy, wellness amenities, and much more at no cost to members. We focus on women who are “stuck” — who are looking to get paid what they are worth.
