Human Resources Manager
Description
Your Role: Responsible for human resource management at the University Park, Illinois facility including communication, manager support, and new employee support.
- Involved in employee relations including new employee orientation, warehouse interactions, employee appreciation events, various wellness activities (such as blood drives, flu shots, etc), benefits enrollment, and harassment investigations.
- Provides individual and group benefit consultation to employees.
- Responsible for personnel transactions, onboarding, pay changes and reporting.
- Communicates with location managers regarding personnel issues, policies and procedures.
- Provides individual and group benefit consultation to employees.
- Supervises the administrative support staff for executives at the University Park, IL facility
- Leads continuous improvement efforts while applying lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste.
Role Specifics:
- Supervision – Assigned administrative/support staff.
- Travel – Occasional overnight travel for training, seminars, and company events. Must have ability to travel
We Need You To Have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Dot Foods’ experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong coaching skills
- Trustworthiness to handle confidential and sensitive information

- Knowledge of Human Resources best practices and regulatory requirements.
