Human Resources Manager

Your Role: Responsible for human resource management at the University Park, Illinois facility including communication, manager support, and new employee support. 

  • Involved in employee relations including new employee orientation, warehouse interactions, employee appreciation events, various wellness activities (such as blood drives, flu shots, etc), benefits enrollment, and harassment investigations.
  • Provides individual and group benefit consultation to employees.
  • Responsible for personnel transactions, onboarding, pay changes and reporting.
  • Communicates with location managers regarding personnel issues, policies and procedures.
  • Provides individual and group benefit consultation to employees.
  • Supervises the administrative support staff for executives at the University Park, IL facility
  • Leads continuous improvement efforts while applying lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste.

Role Specifics:

  • Supervision – Assigned administrative/support staff.
  •  Travel – Occasional overnight travel for training, seminars, and company events. Must have ability to travel

We Need You To Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Dot Foods’ experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong coaching skills
  • Trustworthiness to handle confidential and sensitive information

We’d Like You To Have:

  • Experience leading through change
  • Knowledge of Human Resources best practices and regulatory requirements.
