We’re looking for skilled, customer-focused Baristas who are ready to grow with a team that values both precision and personality.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee and tea beverages to perfection
- Provide warm, attentive, and informed customer service
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and POS systems with confidence
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-organized café environment
- Support inventory, restocking, and opening/closing duties
- Act as a brand ambassador for Zensia’s mission, products, and community presence
Who You Are
- You have 1–3 years of barista or specialty coffee experience
- You bring great energy, reliability, and professionalism to every shift
- You’re comfortable with high standards and fast-paced environments
- You know your espresso ratios, milk texturing, and latte art basics
- You genuinely love connecting with customers and team members
- You’re always learning and want to grow in the coffee world
