Spanish-Speaking Family Engagement Liaison at Beyond Housing

Family Engagement Liaisons (FELs) are integral members of the Beyond Housing Education Department. As school-embedded staff, FELs support students and families by providing resources, hosting trainings, and facilitating collaboration between home and school. FELs work onsite throughout Normandy Schools Collaborative (NSC). This position will work closely with other members of the FEL team to serve as a communication link between Spanish-speaking families and the school community. The Spanish-speaking FEL will establish meaningful relationships between students, families, Normandy Schools Collaborative, and the broader community. The ideal candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills and be fluent in both Spanish and English.
