First generation Mexican-American, Martha Garcia Kampen was raised bilingually and bi-culturally. Having studied in Guadalajara, Mexico, Martha launched her career in Hispanic Marketing to the U.S. With extensive experience in Marketing research, planning and implementation, Garcia Kampen provides Strategic Planning & Development consultation to businesses, and trains corporate leaders and teams in the areas of Cross-Cultural Communications.

As a successful Hispanic Entrepreneur, Ponce is involved in Real Estate and fitness. Because of his great success in Real Estate and his deep understanding of various aspects of business, Jose has always been viewed as a natural leader. He serves as a mentor to young Real Estate agents and offers his assistance to the Hispanic community through his bilingual services. 
Jose has been a successful Real Estate agent with RE/MAX Gold for over 19 years and has always been a top-earning agent for RE/MAX Gold and RE/MAX International. He has sold over 150 million dollars in homes and has received the prestigious  Lifetime Achievement Award from RE/MAX International for earnings over a million dollars in commissions. Ponce in December 2016,  became the new owner of RE/MAX Gold after being recognized for his luminous work ethic. He currently has 5 offices, 2 satellite offices, 60+ agents and a referral company, Gold Realty, in which he oversees as the President.
