The Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metro St. Louis (HCCSTL) is proud to expand its member benefits and services for 2025. As part of these enhanced offerings, we are thrilled to introduce a curated event series designed specifically for Hispanic corporate affinity and employee resource groups (ERGs).
This series provides:
- Supplemental content tailored to empower and engage your groups.
- Opportunities to network with other affinity and ERG groups across the region.
- A platform to exchange best practices and foster collaboration.
- Virtual meetings monthly; in-person networking socials quarterly.
We invite you and your group to participate in the HCCSTL Affinity & ERG Meetings, a unique opportunity to connect with other Hispanic/Latino professionals from across the STL metro, share insights, and work together to create meaningful impact within our organizations and the broader community.

Session 1. Cultural Celebrations and Heritage - Fostering Cultural Inclusion

- We will be discussing ideas and plans for celebrating cultural milestones such as Hispanic Heritage Month and Día de los Muertos within a corporate environment.
- Be ready to share personal stories and traditions to honor diverse cultural backgrounds.
