The Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metro St. Louis is proud to announce the ELLA - Empowerment, Leadership, Legacy, Amplify, a transformative event dedicated to empowering female leaders, fostering economic equity, and inspiring the next generation of changemakers. The forum will take place on August 14th, 15th & 16th, closing off with a concert on August 9th.  
This three-day event will bring together prominent Latina entrepreneurs, executives, policymakers, home managers and community leaders to discuss strategies for leadership, business growth, and financial empowerment.
In addition to engaging keynotes, panels, and workshops, the event will spotlight HER Mercado, a vibrant, open-to-the-public market. HER Mercado offers an invaluable platform for female-owned businesses to showcase their products and services, gain exposure, and connect directly with potential clients. It’s more than a marketplace—it’s a celebration of entrepreneurship and an opportunity for women-led businesses to thrive.
