JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE: |
This role co-leads and handles benefits coordination, program implementation, vendor relationships, and employee engagement as part of the benefits team, and is the key team member responsible for the Wellness Program. Primary areas of daily focus include overseeing enrollments, compliance, system and process troubleshooting, and internal training, as well as support of other critical HR Functions and Benefit Personnel . |

Competencies: QUALIFIED TEAM MEMBER'S MUST HAVE DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE EITHER ACADEMICALLY OR FROM PRIOR WORK HISTORY (OR BOTH) USING SOFTWARE SYSTEMS FOR THE TRACKING OF CRITICAL INFORMATION AND PROCESSES, AS WELL AS COMPETENCY OR ADVANCED COMPETENCY IN MICROSOFT OFFICE PRODUCTS - PRIMARILY EXCEL AND COMMUNICATION TOOLS SUCH AS OUTLOOK AND TEAMS, OR THEIR EQUIVALENTS. DIRECT EXPERIENCE IN HRIS SYSTEMS, INSURANCE BENEFITS, OR PAYROLL SYSTEMS IDEAL BUT NOT REQUIRED. |
