Lange Fresh Sales is currently looking for an Account Coordinator to join our Team. 

In this position, the Account Coordinator plays a crucial role in providing administrative and customer support to the Account Manager, ensuring seamless workflow execution and superior customer service. This position involves coordinating communication between shippers, carriers, customers, and the Account Manager to facilitate efficient operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

This opportunity is available in the following location: St. Louis, MO. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with the Account Manager to maintain strong, positive relationships with customers, carriers, and shippers by ensuring timely communication, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
  • Assist in managing invoicing processes, purchase order administration, and collection of outstanding payments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform accurate data entry and generate reports to support operational decision-making and performance tracking.
  • Support dispatch operations by coordinating with carriers on loading and unloading activities, ensuring smooth logistics and adherence to schedules.
  • Perform general office duties such as typing, filing, and handling confidential materials. • Perform other duties as assigned. 
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1+ yrs of experience in Administrative/Account Coordinator experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude, ensuring positive and effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and prevent potential issues.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate fluently in both languages.
  • Superior organizational skills, with keen attention to detail and accuracy. 
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Background in logistics or transportation management is highly beneficial.
  • Experience with data entry, invoicing, and dispatch operations in a logistics or supply chain environment.
