Girls on the Run St. Louis is here for your girl this fall - here to help her connect, engage and stay active! Girls on the Run inspires girls in third to eighth grade to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, research-based curriculum which creatively integrates running and other physical activity. This school year, for the first time ever, we are offering both in-person and virtual options, including all new community-based virtual teams. With all of these delivery and practice options, you are sure to find the right fit for you and your Girl on the Run this fall.
